Powerheads for 55g

What should I use for water movement in my 55g? I am already using a Rio 2100 as a return from my sump. What should I use to get everything going inside the tank?

first off i would dump the rio and get a mag 5 or 7 before the rio has a meltdown and i would use maxi-jet 1200 for the power heads

i have a 55g with a rio 2500 and two maxijets 900. I had the 1200 they tend to push a little to much current and knocked some coral over. I am happy with with i have now.

On my cichlid tank I am using two Maxi Jet 600s. They do well, but I would do it all over again, I might think about 900s. HTH

I use 2 maxi jet 1200s one on each side of the tank.

I have a Maxi-jet 900 and 1200 in the 55, but I do think that the 1200 might be a little too much. I would switch it out for another 900 if I had the chance.
