I would definetly go with koralias, with a FO tank though probably don't need the K4's. Two K3 or K2s would probably be enough but the K4's would work fine though.
I'm not familiar with the dimensions for a 60g tank but on my 55g I placed a powerhead at each end pointed across the tank at the opposite corner.

2 K3's would be plenty. In my tank I have one pointed at the water surface mounted on the side of the tank, on the other side I have it pointed towards the back.
