Pray for my mother-in-law and her house

Please pray for my mother in law today. We find out today whether or not we will keep our house or be kicked out by a terrible man who claims to be an ordained minister.
He only wants to kick her out so he can sell her house and get his 15% cut of my now deceased father-in-law's estate.
Who would kick an old woman out of her house at Christmas??
Please pray for us today.

We do have a lawyer. No we dont trust him. The guy was supposed to be my fater-in-laws best friend.
He gave him power of attorney years ago. BUT when you die there ceases to be a power of attorney.
We wont find out now until Feburary. We can try to raise the 15% of the estate(7500) and pay him off too. But I dont see that happening.

No he cant that is true. What he wants to do is "settle" with us and get us to sell the house.
I dont want to move. I dont want to move 4 tanks!
He did try to have us evicted but his lawyer didnt file the paperwork properly and it was tossed out.
I think it would be easier(ha ha) to raise the money and pay him off.
The house is worth more than 7 grand. SOOO Im trying to sell everything I can.

if the house was put into a trust, the home transfered to her upon his death. The home is hers until her death and then he will get his interest. I would hope his name is not on the deed. A power of attorney is only good if the party of concern is incompetent to handle his or hers own affairs. AND its only good for the person stated on there.
Hope things work out for you and this "human" that clains to be a minister is sent somewhere.
