Pre-built PC's vs. DIY PC's

Ok, Here's my problem I am setting up a 20G long tank for my niece (I will monitor it for her until she learns) but I am wondering if I should buy the pre-built 2x65w PC for $140 or custom build a canopy with 3x65w PC for $200. What is everybodies opinion? Would the extra 3 watts per gallon really pay off in the end if she decided to go with more advanced inverts?

IMHO if you think that she will go on with the hobby and get more involved with it later on, the more light the better.
