Predator FOWLR and SW Feeders

I only have a 20G long and 10G available to use in my school's apt. I used to have a FW 40G but when they found out, I had to take it down. SO now I want to push my luck with a 20G :bouncer:
I'm cycling my 20 right now and would like to make it a predator tank. I've considered Dwarf lions, Anglers, and Hawkfish...but the first two I've heard are somewhat boring and just sit there all day unless there's food in the tank and...i'm just not that into hawkfish.
I'm really into breeding ever since I had my first pair of FW convicts and would really like to acclimate black mollies into SW mollies and gutload them into feeders.
I guess the main issues here are:[list type=decimal][*]Finding a SW predator small enough to fit in a 20G Long for up to 6 months
Finding a SW predator that's small enough for the 20G but can still eat SW feeders (unless I can gutload molly fry)

Unfortunately even mollies converted to SW, and fed SW foods are still not a good feeder, they still are unhealthy, and still will contribute to fatty liver disease. Gut-loading them would only be the equivalent of having a bunch of veggies on your bacon double cheeseburger. Ghost shrimp, which on their own aren't nutritious, gut-loaded would be a much better idea.
As far a predator that "doesn't" sit there all day, well, that's why they would fit into a 20gal, because they aren't active and don't need a big tank. If you want a fish that swims a ton, they need that room of a larger, appropriately sized tank.

damsels,,,,, or a pair of clowns...
the bad part about a 20g is ,,, its a 20g and most aggressive fish that move around swim alot and wouldnt be happy in a 20 even for 6 months..
have you thought about an angler? they dont swim alot but they are colorful and if you did your rock right youd always see them...? or some kind of scorpion fish?
