pregnant dying peppermint shrimp

i got some peppermint shrimp today and when i was acclimating them i noticed one was very sluggish compaired to the other. Now that its in the tank i can see its missing three legs witch didnt really worry me because they can regrow them. and its really not moving or trying to hide,the only part that moves is the little flippy things(idk what there called) by the mouth. and i also noticed its got a ton of eggs under its tail. Is there anything i can do to try and save it? Right now i have the lights off.

i only have one now. I think it molted at the store because there was an exoskeleton, and the shrimp (thats still alive) is see through
