Price these for ZFA

OK, have been able to collect some of these for the grow out. They did not come cheap, unlike the total browns available but I think they are quite a nice palythoa. These reach upwards of 2.5 inches across the disc. Once acclimated they do very well and these have been in a system for over a year so they will be very hardy as long as correct conditions are met.
Let's put a price on them. Don't worry what I paid. I will only be selling the new growths anyway.
Please try to be honest with what you would pay to get one or two.

Honestly, about 5-10 a polyp. It wasn't on the poll so I added it.

theyre nice, but im not digging them too much. they kind of remind me of those old couches from the 70s that everyone's grandparents still have.

i put 25...and would have put lower if given the choice...i honestly don't think they are a very nice looking zoos compared to others...maybe itd be different seeing them in person, but from any pictures they are on the ugly side...I'd buy them just to have a different morph, but nothing i'd seek out. jmo
actually just saw someone selling on her for 7.50/polyp

well Id say 25$ each but it all depends on avalability. If I coundn't buy from anyone else but you, I'd say maybe 35$ per paly. They get huge huh? Love there retro look. I also like these because their WYSIWYG so I think that helps add to their value.

Totally agree, but personally, I think that's what makes them great. How many old grandpa couches do we have in our tanks? I have none. I feel like I may need one. For downstairs, you know? Maybe the game room?

yeah, i have no problem with retro / grandpa couch zoas, but massive paly's might be a bit much. i do have a small tank though, so thats JMO. i reconsidered, and they are kindof cool, so i voted $25.

These exact same kind? I doubt that but if so please give me the link cause I would buy them all out. Maybe the brown or the yellow brown or even the small green stripped ones, but not these. There are many different morphs of palythoa grandis. These are not common at all and average price is $50 on most sites.
The average depth that these are found is 100feet. Not many divers go that deep to collect palys.

redspot in the livestock has them, they are different and has a blue is what he says..either way i still dont think they're worth as much, but like i said its just my opinion, upon seeing them in person may be a different story, i dont know.

Different morph. Different color and don't get as large. Very nice though.
These are not for everyone. These are more a specialized type basically just for those that are familiar with them. Maybe I should have placed a lower price, I just didn't think about the fact that not everyones' tastes are the same. Course I don't think they would ever grow new polyps for a lower price. lol
Funny though that sps specialists seem to be crazy about them. Don't figure.

Flric what kind of lighting and location in tank do you have them.
They are best under bright light, just not too intense. T5s are good as is MH lower area. I am keeping some under MH that are doing well at the bottom and semi-shaded. Same with the T5. If intense, keep them off to the side maybe slightly under an overhang.
They like being fed regular like too.
