prism leaks

Someone please help. My Prism is leaking at the green O ring on the motor, Red Sea was nice enough to send me two at no charge. I replaced the leaking O ring with the new one, and it still leaks. WHAT TO DO? THANK YOU

That's makes me think that the case may be bent or cracked. Check it and make sure. If not try putting Vasoline on the o-ring before twisting the motor on, this will stop small leaks.
