Last week I received my new Prizm Skimmer for my reef tank and I must tell you I am very impressed with that piece. For what it cost it is doing a super job, it is quiet,and skims very well. Now it is a hang on skimmer but for those who want that type I highly recommend it.
Now also awhile back I mentioned I bought 2 15 watt and 1 8 watt U2 Uv's. I had been told by my lfs that the 8's he had bought for his tanks all went bad, but I went and ordered one anyway and sure enough it went bad in 2 months. I sent it back after calling sea storm and today over a month later they sent me a new one which I will not be using. My gripe here is that it took them a long time to make it good and what if I really needed it going. The 15's are fine and do a great job but stay away from their 8's (I should have listened to my guy).
