Very often if one lamp is bad none of the lamps will fire up.
Check the obvious first.. all lamps firmly seated, all cords connected, etc.
If that does not work, I'd recommend purchasing one replacement lamp. Swap out one lamp with it, and fire up the system. If that doesn't work, swap it into the next position, etc. You probably just have one bad lamp.
