Problem with my Sun coral and my Pagoda Cup

Hi, I'm new here, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my problem but here it is:
My Yellow Sun Coral and my Green Pagoda Cup were doing fine until my pagoda cup started shedding and losing skin, it's polyps won't come out anymore either. For the yellow sun coral, there's this brown stuff around the tip of the tubes but the polyps still come out. All of my other corals are doing fine and don't have any problems.

everyone will ask the water parameters.looks like it needs more water flow.sps needs alot more water movement than lps and softies.

looks like lack of flow is causing cyano.
Can you post the following:
Water parameters, what brand and how old
Full tank shot
What size tank
How much flow
How much lighting, what type
How old is the tank
Do you feed your sun coral?

That is one hagard looking sun. They are pretty easy to grow so something is afoul. I got to see mine seep little orange "rain drops" that ended up seeding my entire tank. I have so many colonies growing now i dont know what to do with them all. Anyway, post the details BTLDreef ask for and we should be able to figure it out in no time. You do have them in salt water right? lol, jk.

ya ive never had a pagoda cup coral but i can say that neither of those look very good.
+1 on wat BTL requested. Also the sun coral should be fed every 2-3 days till it comes back to health (color comes back and tissue grows back).....than u can feed it twice a week prob. Sun corals dont rely on light but more so feedings!
Good luck and hope u can bring those back!

Those look rough. I think that whatever is going on with that pagoda is more than just lack of flow. Though lack of flow could also be an issue. I would test the water to see if anything obvious is off. Like extremely high nitrates or phosphates. If I couldn't find the problem, I'd add some fresh carbon and start doing water changes. A lot of water changes. Like daily.

Hi! Are these corals getting enough flow? Most folks will tell you that they need low flow in order to catch there food. I however have my sun corals in medium flow and feed 3-4 times a week.
Take a read and you may want to increase your flow.

On another note, what type of water are you using?
