Problem with Naso Tang?

I bought a small Naso(4")2 weeks ago. The first week and a half it was doing great. Eating everything I put in the tank. On Thursday morning of last week it had to spots of ick. Started to lower the salinity that morning. Was at 1.009 by Saturday night. I don't see any spots. The problem is it stopped eating. Has not eaten since Sunday and is pretty lathargic.
Any ideas as to why it stopped eating all of the sudden? Is there anything I can do?

"2 spots" does not = ick. Do you know what ick looks like? What are your water readings?

Yes I think I know what ick looks like. There where more spots by Thursday evening also. Could it be something else?
Just tested the water tonight.

trates=5
salinity is 1.009
