Problem with rose bubble tip anemone

I bought an RBTA a few days ago. He was fine and I think feeding but now he has something black coming uot of his mouth is this good or bad? I called the place where I got it from and they said it was probally crapping. Are they right? or is it turning inside out and dying?
Please Help

Good thing I read this post. I've had my rbta for about 5 months and I sit in front of my tank a lot especially now that my black percs host but I have never seen anything BLACK come out. That would really freak me out especially after I paid $80 for it.
