problem with toad stool leather

I have a 90 gal tank that has some corals in it was told by LFS that when i top off i should add this product called aragaMIGHT it is a R/O RE-mineralizer to add calcium did what it says but i think some got into tank that was not disloved and landed on my toad stool leather now it has 2 small yellow spots other than that it looks and acts great please let me know thanks scott

you shouldnt be adding any chemicals until you test your water. Get a calcium and alk test and see what your levels are before adding anymore.

did test always test once a week and this was first time it was ever low LFS also tested it and said maybe because i had added more corals was bringing the cal. down and reccomended this product thanks for the reply

If all you have are soft corals, you really don't need higher calcium.

They don't really need higher calcium, but it helps their growth. My friend's calcium was high for a while and everything in his tank grew like craaazy.
As long as the toadstool still looks healthy and is acting normally, I wouldn't worry about it. :)
I like to dissolve things in (a small amount of) hot water to make sure there are no undissolved grains left when it goes into my tank.
