Problem

I finally got rid of my damsels and got a yellow stripped clown and then a valentini puffer. The clown is slightly bigger, but pretty much the same size. The two got a long great the first 4 days, but tonight I noticed the puff, take a nip the clown. At a closer look the clown has two significant chunks missing in his lower fin.
I had to deal with fighting with my damsels and I hate it. LFS said they should get along. Is there a solution for these two.
They are the only two fish in my 54 corner and I don't have an isolation tank.

Valentini has been in my tank since Saturday and today was the first time that she ate, must likely due to the new environment. Today she ate like crazy and I was tempted to give more, but didn't.

Ok I see you said the 2 are in the tank I thought the grouper was there to. You can try twice a day feeding for a couple days and see how that works. I still think the Puff is trying to make a statement to the clown and they will work it out but watch them anyway and if it continues something will have to be moved. It can take up to a week for some fish to sort out who is the boss.
