my anenome likes to hide underneath the live rocks I find this fustrating. there seems to be a revene under the liverock he likes to go through. one hour he is in the front next time he is behind the rock? i think he is slow! any suggestions.

What type of anemone is it? how long has he been in the tank? What kind of lights? To vague to make a guess it really depends.

Typically anemones like to hide to feel secure and safe. BTA's are notorius for hiding under your LR and stretching wayyyy out to reach the light source. But I agree more info is needed, about your tank, what kind of anemone, and how long it has been in your tank.
