Problems with Aged Saltwater

I am new to salt water....
I have a 29G Bowfront and a 29G isolation tank.
I was told to use aged salt water that has been airated. I bough a 45 Gallon rubermaid container that had a locking top. I rinsed it out well. I put in an airstone and a small heater so it is close to the right temp. I mix large amounts (20-30 gallons) and leave it in there until I need it and use it.
I started to have Amonia problems that has really been puzzling me. I thought the cycling was done (one tank is about 120 days old). I had done water changes, reduced the amount I feed etc. Today I tested the water that I use for water changes (the clean aged salt water). IT HAS AMONIA IN IT!!! It was higher then .25. How an why? What am I doing wrong, and what should I be doing?

First of all your test can give a wrong reading. Maybe because it's out of date. Check this first.
What is your water source. Is this RO water or Tap water. If it's tap water and your test kit is ok, i suggest you to check your water source for ammonia as well.
