Problems with tank

I have a yellow tank and a naso tank. The yellow turned brownish white everytime I turn the lights off and white spots and brown line appear on its body. A regular yellow tank shouldn't be like this should it? And also it's not yellow, it's more white than yellow, even with the lights on. So anyone can help? I understand that if tanks panic they change colors but I've never seen a yellow tank change that much.
The naso tank is weird too. I just purchased it about two days ago. It's small, I think it's a baby naso tank. It's a peaceful fish, too peaceful I think. It does not move a lot, I mean it moves but the movement is so slow and... peaceful. And also it's kindda stupid, hehehe. Everytime I put brind shrimps into the tank, it will look at it, will get near it, but when it gets so close to its mouth, it turned away. That happens everytime with brind shrips even with lettuce. It prefers eating algae from life rocks, will it survive? I changed the lettuce to nori (sea weed)for its food because I read that lettuce troubles your water. So is there any suggestions on how can I make my tanks healthier? Helpp!!!!

Do you have any other fish with these tangs? My yellow tang always has changed to brown spot in the middle of it sides every night. It is a defensive measure at night as I also have Damsels that are too agressive (and were first in the tank - working to correct that). If you do have other fish that are aggressive, pull those out and rearrange your items in the tank to reestablish territories.
As for eating, you might try spirolina flakes. My yellow tang wasn't picky about eating, but sure does love the flakes. I don't have any experience with a naso, so this is just my 0.02 worth.

First I want to say thanks to those of you who posted a reply. Um, about another aggresive fish in the tank, there is tomato clownfish, humu2 trigger, yellow tail damsel, and gold headed sleeper gobi. Most likely the aggresive one is the clown, because the trigger is not aggresive at all. OK that makes sense, thanks.

I didnt read anyone else's posts, just the problem, so if I say the same thing someone else did SORRY!! :) but here i go, Yellow tangs, when it gets dark, always turn a diff color, not a prob, as for food, even tho they are herb... eating fish, they still will eat SOME meats, which are good for their health. I feed mine some clams he eats, and live brine. Feeding more then just seaweed is important for color, and immunity. Also i would buy a bottle of Vita-Chem, and soak the seaweed in it first, it totally enriches the food with vitamins for beautiful color

I just realized that I spelled the tang in Yellow Tang wrong, wait did I? Btw the yellow tang is my friend's and the naso tang is mine. As I said before they are about 4 inches, but if anyone is asking about the aquarium that they live in is about 125 gallons. Anyone can help with the stupid naso? My friend tried to in a way sprinkle brinde shrimp above the naso tank, but still it'll look at it and turn away. Help?

What are your water readings? Something is wrong if your tang is pale during the day. Maybe food seaweed selects green and O.S.I. spirulina flakes are great food for tangs, soaking the food in Zoe(a vitamin suppliment) is even better. how high are your nitrates? What is your salinity?

Guys, my naso tang, the one that I was talking about, was found dead this morning. I do not know what causes it, because we've been feeding it seaweed, and it eats, but still it's dead now, can anyone explain?
