problems with WaveMaster, 2 ports not working

I recently aquired a Red Sea WaveMaster Pro, but only 2 of the 4 ports work. 1 and 3 are fully funtional, but 2 and 4 DO NOT WORK. Is there any way to fix it or am I just stuck with using only 2 of the 4 ports?

I think this is a common problem for I've heard of many WM cease to work properly. I have mine for about 2 years and my port 1 failed. The voltage of that part goes to ~60 VAC instead of around 120 VAC. I guess 2nd part of their 'soft start' failed to energize the port.

There is a fix for it. I think there is a resister you need to replace.
