Program To Cut Size Of Pic?

Hi Guys,
I did have a program off one of the members off here but since reformatting ive lost it! Its a small and simple program that enables you to have avatars and change quality% and size of pics, had a siamese cat as its icon?
Does anyone have it? If so can they email it to me...?

yup thats the one, its great for resizing pics for the board!
COuld you send it to me via email? If Hotmail moans its too big (i.e. over 1mb) then can you send it to tim.s.edwards@ntlworld.com?

Thanks for the link...I used to swear by adobe??? but when my old computer crashed it went with it and I haven't been able to find it or one I could use quickly .Hope I didn't butt in where I shouldn't have but I've been looking for one and I'm not very good at computers so I need easy.
