Prop Tank Lighting Question

I want to start a zoanthid growout tank using a Rubbermaid 50 Gallon Stock Tank. It is 2 feet wide and 4 feet long. I plan on the pieces sitting about 4 inches below the water surface.
Does anyone have any recommendations for good lighting coverage over this sized tank? I want the corals to grow as fast as possible, but would rather not pay higher electric bills if the corals aren't benefitng from the extra light. a single 400w? 2x250w? I have heard that 6500k is the best spectrum (for zoanthids), any thoughts?
I want to grow zoanthids primarily, but want to also try ricordea and xenia.
For ricordea, would 4x4' NO's work over a similar tank?

I would go with the 175's or 250's. If you go with 175's go with Ushio 10K bulb. 250's - I would still go with the Ushio or AB 10K. I am not a big fan of 6500K bulbs even for prop tanks. Seems like the corals colors get washed out.
