Proper Conditions? Tips Please!!

Attached is a video of my tank and I was just wondering if I have the right conditions for my clowns, if so/not how can I improve? Also, Do I have good conditions for breeding? Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks!

Clean ur &^%$ room boy.....get some allowance and get more LR!
improvements:
toss the airstones, get some kind of powerhead and point it against the glass and up!
toss the flakes, get some frozen mysis shrimp or frozen nutrient enriched brine shrimp!
fill ur tank up to the bottom of the trim, ur missing out on some water there and the more water u have the more dilluted anything bad will be!
Wheres the fishys in the freshwater tank? Ive never owned a freshwater but id fill that one all the way up too....

Take ur other piece of LR and stack it on the 2 pieces where the clowns hang out!
dont dose that phytoplankton crapola ur feather will eat the fish poo and other things like the dilluted flakes!

Hhahahaha like I havent heard that before! I dont really want my tank to be full of LF, that stuff is ugly looking. Anything else I can use that isnt so plain? I moved the rock like you said. I got rid of the airstones and the powerhead is in the mail, it will be here tomorrow afternoon. I thought I filled it up pretty high though (im such a newb!!). Those fishys are behind the filter, I tried to get them out but they are so shy, I even have a heater in that darn thing. Isnt frozen stuff kind of a pain? If not, I would be happy to buy some for these guys. I dont hardly ever use that crap it gets all up in the tank and the clowns look annoyed when I use it. And I got rid of the airstone.
Also, the powerhead should blow towards the top of the tank in my direction?(where I look at the fish)

LF???? Do u mean LR live rock
The more the LR u have the better....u think its ugly? it will get covered in algae eventually!
I hope u made some salt water and its the same salinity when u filled it up! u need to top off with fresh water without salt everyday just about
The freshwater evaporates out of ur tank and the salt stays behind in the tank!
The frozen food....get a cup or something and only use it for this.....put a lil piece in the cup and than rinse it and let it defrost.....than poor it through ur net, than just poor it in ur tank!
Yes point the powerhead up so it breaks the water, this will give u some oxygen and c02 exchange....Do u have a lid on this tank? If so wat kind? U need some kind of opening so the oxygen can get to the water!
Lastly get a hydrometer, turkeybaster, and API test kit....i didnt see a hydrometer in ur video, how do u test ur salt? Turkeybaster so u can blow off the rocks! API test cuz the strips are no good so i hear! I use the full API line. You prob only need the API salt kit not the reef!
Are u using tap water? Use distilled at least....
hope it works out for u man!

Seeing these rocks covered in algae does not sound very nice to look at haha!
Of OCurse I have a hydrometer hahahaha!!! I'm nnot just throwing salt in there, Im usually very precise when doing water changes. I do try to top it off daily with freshwater.
I will point it at the top and put up a new video with the crap I bought. Im definitly considering the frozen foood, sounds easy enough and I bet the fish like it alot more.
I have a lid, its a hood with a light... I dont know how to explain it , it's like the ones you but at the petstore or with the aquarium.
I just ordered an API "master" test kit but I do already have one that tests my pH and Alk.
Well the water that comes out of my faucet has a pH of about 8.2, which I thought was good enough. Why use distilled?
Thanks! I think I might get a a polyp too!

the tap water is prob high in tds total dissolved solids and high in phosphates....these both are lots of nutrients for nuissanse algaes such as green hair algae.... They have RO/DI units that filter the water from ur tap.
algaes just a part of sw man and it look good to me....greens, reds, pinks, blues, and purple coraline algae is the bomb!

I have a filter for one of the faucets in my house, I think I will start using that and definitly pick some distilled water up sometime soon. Algaes and Phosphates and Rocks, Oh my! Haha, this is alot of stuff!

Hi, sound like you need to start reading thru the archives. lol
I have a few questions and suggestions.
what is your substrate?? (sand-gravel)
Have you ever seen the ocean, videos of the ocean???? that is in there?? fish, rocks, plants, corals. You need rock to colonize the bacteria needed to keep a healthy saltwater tank. Take a look at pictures of other peoples tanks. there are some cool rock formations and they are pretty easy to make. Google Marco Rocks - they have some instructional videos on how to drill and stack base rock. its cheaper but will grow bacteria just like live rock.
Sorry to say, you have reg florescent lighting. These are fine for fish only tanks, but will not support any corals, except maybe mushrooms. Zoas, palys really need at least power compact or t5 lighting to thrive.
is that little floating thing the only thing you are using to check salinity??? They aren't accurate. refractors are really a must.
You are off to a good start, but need to really start reading a lot.
Also, what do you have for a clean up crew in your tank??? I didnt see any in your video
