with a 72?? you might be able to hold thos tangs for a while but eventually they will get to big:yes:

you could get by with one of the tangs, but not both. they are both very territorial, and the purple has a reputation as being very aggresive and sickly. you'd be better with a pair of perculas than maroons, unless the maroons are mated. and you should have 100 pounds of live rock and have the tank set up for close to a year before getting a mandarin.
