Protein Skimmer

What is the best protein skimmer for a 125g talk. Im looking to spend around $200 if possible. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

The only thing close to $200 that would work on that size, IMO, would be the Sicce modified Octopus Nw 200 from marine solutions. Look it up under the bargain bin tab on their site.

are there any other ones that dont sit in the sump. I can spend alittle more if i have to. I have a wet/dry system and i dont think that will fit in it.

If you have to have an HOB skimmer.. then a AquaC Remora would be a nice choice.
... or expand your sump. The selection and performance of in sump skimmers is worth it IMO.
