finally we have been able to register, i couldnt receive the confirm. email for the longest time.i have a couple of questions and i cant seem to get a strait answer from the store.
we have a proclear aquatic skimmer 75 motorrized.(not hang on). it has been running for about 2-3 weeks now(since set up tank) and we have just been draining from the waste tube back into the sump part(i think thats what it is called...the part where the water goes after it goes through the bio balls) of our proclear aquatic wet dry. we were told to do this for a while because when we were draining it into a empty milk container it would fill up in less than an hour. so after about 2.5 weeks of draining it back into the sump part i tried to put it back into the milk jug and it started filling really quickly again. what should i do? the cup at teh top only has about a centimeter of dirty water.
and we just got a power head today and i wasnt sure if it is supposed to create so many bubbles? how much air should i let into the power head through the air tube?
thank you in advance

I Wouldnt Just Use The Ph Just To Have Water Movement Not To Add Air Into The Tank
For Ur Skimmer, Try Adjusting The Air With The Little Black Nob(air Valve) That Connects To The Pump That Should Help With Ur Skimmer To Produce The Dry Foam That U Want

can u try to rephrase that...im not sure i understand it. should i turn the air valve all the way off?
and for the skimmer...i have tried to adjust the air valve and it doesnt work that well, no matter what i do the gallon jug fills up in a hour. should i have it opened or closed for the skimmer. and open or closed to the P. head..? thanks again

here is a picture. the air vavle is all the way open, so all the air that can go in is going in. and it is just draining into the filter like i said.i dont really know why you are calling it junk though? it is a new tank. and it is 44 gallons if that helps...
