Protien Skimmers??? So many choices???

How do you know what protien skimmer will work best for your tank? I know that this is really more of a persons opinion but i need that. I have a 26 gal. with a 3" sandbed and 25-30 pounds of life rock. The bio load comes from 2 clown and a lemonpeel angel. What is your recommondation for the brand, as well as the size?

Euroreef ES5-2 I have tried several types and styles of skimmers and the Euroreef outskims all of them combined!!

Euro Reefs are amazing skimmers, but one would probably be overkill on your tank (though I don't believe there's such a thing as overskimming). Also, Euro Reef skimmers are an in-sump design, and you didn't mention anything about having a sump in your post.
That limits you to hang-on models, and a good practical one that gets recommended often around here and gets my stamp of approval from personal experience with one on a 65 gallon reef is the AquaC Remora with the MaxiJet 1200 upgrade. An even more affordable option is the CPR BakPak, though I can't say much about it as I don't have personal experience with one, but other board members seem to like theirs.
