Which is better for a large tank application? Air driven, Venturi or counter current? What models would you recommend?

I like Venturi skimmers. The red sea Berlin i s naice skimmer but as with anything, there are better out there.

What are you considering a large tank? Downdraft are arguably the best skimmers.

I've got a Remora-Pro, and it works great. No air inlets or whatever to mess with, just plug it in, and let that thing skim. Never had a problem, and man, when I clean out the tray, that gunk stinks to high hell, so I know it's doing its job.
