I have a CPR 192 and I just performed my first water change on my newly cycled tank. The protient skimmer that is built into the 192 before the water change was producing dry bubbles or foam. After the water change, it is producing a lot of wet type of bubbles or product. Is this normal? I also have the air valve on the rio 600 closed all the way and I still get wet bubble being produced.

Running the skimmer during the cycling process of the tank was not advisable, the break down of the wastes in the water feeds the bacteria you are trying to grow.
