Pseudochromis Problem

I have a 14 gal. BioCube that's been set up for about 3 months. I have about 20 lbs. of live rock, some soft corals in it, the requisite inverts, and a pair of false percs, a purple pseudochromis, and then added a yellow watchman goby about two weeks ago.
The problem is the pseudochromis... he's completely aggressive toward the watchman. I removed him from the tank for about a week, thinking it would help the watchman establish himself, but within about 3-4 hours, the pseudochromis was beating the crap out of him.
It looks like I'll have to remove one of them and place them in another tank. I'd live to have the clowns, and two other fish in the tank, but want ones that will work well together. Are pseudochromises always this agressive? What's a good mix?
Any advice?

my lfs recommended that I not get a psuedo bc they are so territorial... They have never seen one that didnt pick on other fish

I had a dusky pseudo and it killed my cleaner shrimp which was my favorite thing about the tank and was chewing and nipping at my goniopora and almost killed it so back to the lfs he went.
