Puffer claen up crew...

i am gonna get a valentini puffer for my 10 gallon, a baby one to keep in there until it gets big, what kind of clean up crew should i have that it won't eat? and what would it prefer in the tank live rock or a fake coral like the lfs? thanx for any help!

i would go with live rock...
as for the clean up crew i'm having a fun time with my puffer and my clean up crew....he hasn't attacked my turbo snails yet but my hermit crabs seem to like them....i would say stay away from things with small shells, get conchs and larger hermits and maybe turbo snails?
it kinda varies from fish to fish on what they will eat. I really didn't think my pufferfish would eat snails till I saw him sucking them out of their shells faster than a starving frenchman...
bigger is better i've found out with pufferfish. (as far as the clean up crew goes) good luck!

thanx, will the valentini be ok in a tank with just sand for a couple of weeks until i can go buy some live rock?
