do you have any corals? there are some of the smaller puffers that i dont see being a problem. the valentini puffers stay pretty small. a porcupine may even work for a while if you get a small one. but he will eventually out grow your tank.
just wondering why does it matter if he has corals do puffers pick at them or somethin and i kinda want a puffer for a 29g are there any small enough i have a couple of the bigger clowns and a few smaller fish what do u think
