He's probably just fine. Just show's he eat's alot. If he swiming fine, no stress & seems happy, don't sweat it. Besides, if he did,{ I'm sure he didn't}, crap his insides out, you couldn't do much about it. It's not like your going to take him in for surgery. Sorry if it sounds Callused , but I've seen a 2" cromis crap 6+". Like I said if he looks fine, I would bet 100/1 that he is. Good luck, & keep us informed.

Shell fish are a natural part of a puffers diet, nothing to worry about. They need hard shelled stuff, to keep there ever growing teeth filed down, otherwise they would not be able to open their mouths. It's a sad sight, I've seen 1 or 2 that could barely open at all.
Like I said, he'll be fine.

they are right about pufferfish needing shelled food, they have such powerful jaws and teeth that its really actually BETTER to feed them hard shelled food, I need to get mine some he's getting big and I don't want the big guy to get lock jaw on me. Good luck Porc Pufferfish are really :) best personalities IMO

My puffer does the same thing when I feed him certain types of foods. Just observe him closely. I'm sure he should be fine.
