Do puffers generally do better, or worse with a lot of flow?
What kind of food do you feed to your puffer, what kind is your puffer?

Can't answer the flow Q.
We have a porcupine and a dogface. We have them on a frozen varied diet which includes:
White shrimp (chopped up, w/shell)
Squid
Krill
Brine
Bloodworms
Silversides
Our dogface was raised on food pellets, so we give him a Wafer every other day to file his teeth down with. He won't touch live shelled creatures!

They don't mind a lot of flow at all, unless the puffer is really small. Just watch and if it looks like it's getting blown around, then reduce the flow.

We have a dogface. We feed him..
Squid
Krill
Brine
Scallops
Mussels
Live snails to use his teeth

(We also keep a piece of cuttlebone lodged between rocks in the tank for him to file his teeth with. You can find that in the bird section for about $0.99)

Puffer's love the flow, I had a tank with 2 seio 820's and 2 sieo 1500's and that fish stayed infront of 1500's all day long. He almost never went to the lower flow areas of the tank. Unless he was sleeping.
