puffer help?

I have a porcupine puffer he is in a 30g tank with a small green spoted puffer. many times i have walked in on the puffer puffed up for no reason i know the green spoted puffer has nothing to do with it what dose it mean?

Porcupine puffers grow to well over a foot and a half. What are the parameters of the tank? What have you been feeding him?

I would recommend that you find your porcupine a larger home as well. He is most likely cramped in the small tank.
