Puffer ID

I went to my lfs store the other day. They had a very interesting puffer I hadn't seen before (granted I am relatively new to the game).
It was a blueish-grey with black/navy stripes on its side. it was approx 2 inches. They called it "short nosed puffer." When I compared it to the Valentini in the tank beside, the nose was much shorter and it didn't have that bodyshape of most small puffers.
Does anyone have any idea which type of puffer this is? I am looking for a scientific name to do more research.

I have a pic of him. Outside of the fishstroe lights, he is more white than grey. Any help would be appreciated in what type of puffer this is...

also can be referred to as a narrowline puffer, but the latin name is Arothron manilensis.

Looks like a narrow line puffer. I was gonna buy one for $11 at my lfs , But didnt because I forgot my wallet ..
