Puffer sucking fin in gill

I've had this dogface puffer for about a month now and noticed that the last couple of days that he sometimes sucks one of his fins in his gill. He doesn't seemed bothered by it because he swims fine and breathes fine and eventually will blow it out. I have a feeling that it is possible a parsite and was wondering if anyone has seen or heard about this before.

Is he puffed up at all? Is the fin seeming to work ok?

No he is not puffed at all, both his fins work fine, one time he will suck one fin in his gill and swim with it like that for a while then the next it will be the other fin in the other gill. He eats fine and doesn't seem to have any visible parasite like ich

Well, keep an eye out for awhile and see if any problem develop.
