I have a porcupine puffer recently added to my tank about 2 weeks ago. All levels were perfect. He was bright at the store and did pretty good the first couple days. NOW the only time he's a normal color is at night when my zebra eel comes out to "play" It's 2 am right now and the puffer hovers over Marty the eel and follows him. But during the day when Marty is in his tower the puffer lays on the rocks and turns dark. I only have 2 yellow tails in the tank aside from them. What should I do? Everything I've read about puffers say they don't need a mate and you can't pair porcupines together. The last puffer we had was very actice during the day, so is this normal?
