Puffer??

Can I keep a green spotted puffer in saltwater. And if so, would it be ok with a snowflake eel in a 29 gallon, even if it's a little crammed? Would 2 true percalu (or however you spellit) clownfish? Which of these fish are reef safe??

i seem to be a moron, but if you want my opinion, i do know that, i do know of others, who have kept them in saltwater, successfully

oh yeah, the perculas are reef safe, but snowflakes can be a prob for shrimp and crabs, not too sure about the puffers though
