pufferfish in a reef aquarium?-...

im new to salwatr aquariums and i was wondering if i got a porkypine puffer,would it also be okay to put these fish in the same tank as the porkypine?
1 yellow tang
2 percula clowns
2 sebae clowns
2 blue hippo tangs (1 in)
1 redlip blenny
1 snowfalke ell
and some shrimp

IMO i think that you should not have neither the EEL or the PUFFER...
It is a reef tank you are talking about, right?
