Puffers

I have a small porc puffer (3 in). Can this puffer co-exist with a Valen Puffer. I know the porc is going to get bigger, and then it is a bad idea. When Porc is small, can he coexist with other puffers?

i had a big porcupine and a small dogface together and they liked eachother so much, they layed next to eachother. They might be ok together.
