Recently my Porcupine puffer has been in a little state of lonely-ness. She has been the only fish in my fish tank besides some starfish and some snails. I just recently got a new fish for her ( i got a yellow tang yesterday). I followed all the right steps and such, but now i noticed this morning the skin around her eyes are a little puffy?
and suggestings?

The skin around her eyes is puffy, or are the eyes "popped out"?
Can you post a pic of this fish?
How long did you acclimate it for?

well, no she doesnt have pop eye
its more like swelling around her eyes.
here are some pictures, i have also noticed some red blotchyness in her back finns. and she is breathing extremly hard and has her fins clamped to her body. i know that is a sign of poor water quality. my ph is low, so i added a buffer to help it, and i dont know what do now... she kind of looks like she is...shrinking in to herself

IMO she is stressed from being in so small a tank? What size is it exactly, and EXACT water parameters?

Yep, answer both of Nudi's questions.
We need to know pH, kH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, salinity, and temp.

It sounds like the fish may have a bacterial infection. Do you have a QT? How do you do the water changes? Do aerate your salt water for at least 48 hrs prior to using it for a water change? How is the circulation in the tank? How many PHs? What are you feeding the fish?
Ditto above, we need you water readings.
