What happened...! My carpet pull off from the sand and look bad after treat ick. what must I do now to save them?

Most of product claims that REEF SAFE but Ozone does the good job for killing animone for sure!

I treat ich by reasing up the temperature around 32 c' but NOT higher than 35c' and use medicine.
