Pump for Aqua C Remora HOB Skimmer

I recently purchased and Aqua C Remora with the Mag 3 pump and unfortunately when it arrived, the mag 3 is to big to fit in my tank where I need to put it.
I have an Atman PH-1100 which is rated at 1380 L/H. I assume I can use this instead of the mag 3 and not have any problems.
I assume because these skimmers are sold with a number of different pump options, as long as I have the same output, I should see similar results.
Just don't know.

i use a maxijet 1200 on mine.
