pump too powerful

my pump is a little to powerful. so i was going to T the return off and pump back into my sump. my sump goes from skimmer to fuge to return pump. My question is should i T the return off back into my skimmer section or fuge??

IMHO...into the fuge. If you do it into the skimmer you will lose some of the copepods that you may be harvesting from the fuge.....
