Pumping Xenia

I'm looking at getting one of these, but wanted some advice first. I know they need good movement and lighting. I assume T5's would be good enough? How difficult are they to take care of?

I have these, blue and pink. They are under 300w t5's (4 bulbs) with 2 blue actynic t5's. They are spreading like a weed. They are super easy to make happy. If you aren't going to buy them from SWF.com, check out local reefers, they spread so fast, you can get them super cheap. I paid $15 for 12 frags of the blue and pink, each frag had 10-20 stalks.

I actually found a fragger on a certain auction site that rhymes with shmeeshmay...
Anybody have any experience buying frags from sellers on there? His rating is 100%, so I guess he must be doing something right.

I've bought from the biggest company that advertises on bleeblay, they are out of Florida. I recieved all top quality stuff, but now I only buy from SWF. I've bought plants and such from individuals for my freshwater tank and was always happy with what I got. If the rating is high, it probably would be ok. I buy tons of non-aquarium stuff from bleeblay and have only been burned once, for $30. A company in Indonesia sent dead and slimy plants.

BTW, what I meant was, I buy all my fish from SWF.com. Inverts, I buy locally, from other reefers. I live in BFE, so I end up driving 90 miles to Tucson.

i end up flushing alot of my xenia down the toilet because it spreads so fast haha... i sell some back to the local fish stores. i think it helps keep nitrates down tho and its easy to keep. people love my xenia forest, especially when its pulsing like mad :)
