PUR Water Filtration System

Ok I went and bought a water system. I tried to take a pic of it but had no luck with my camera. It fits on your facuet. The box it came in was blue and said PUR Water Filtration system. It comes stage 1... stage 2 and stage 3. This is what the box reads as follows. I have all 3 stages hooked to my facuet. I hope I finally got the right RO System
Stage 1

Stage 2
contaminant removal
activated carbon microfilter
the activated carbon removes 99.99% of the microbial cysts
cryptosporidium and giardia.
in addition reduces lead, asbestos,benzene,mtbe,and tthMs
stage 3

This is not an RO system and really does not help a lot in making tap water fine (not to say yours isn't) for a tank. Sorry to say. This is basically an activated carbon filter and sediment filter...definitely not an RO unit.

i tried one of those,but with my 175 i had to change the filter too often.i use a ge smart filter with the carbon cartridge.it is connected to the spray handle.it works great.

although this will be betterthen pure tap it wont be by much. this is not a good choice for your tank water filtration needs
