250 gallon Tank-Stand-Sump-Overflow boxes-POS light strip.........$25. Yep... twenty five dollars.
Came with a bunch of little accessories like magnet cleaner, filter media/socks/etc.
This will eventually be a reef tank and probably an awesome looking one.
I plan on getting two LED systems from someone I know for about $270 each, and I'll probably only use baserock to cut down the cost of filling it up...I can't wait :)

That's it. The guy said he used to catch snook and put them into the tank unti he was ready to eat them...but he got pissed off when the sump woud overflow when the power went out....and it's because he had a 30 gallon sump...I didn't try to explain that to him...just gave him 25 bucks and split.

and yes..tank, a strip light, stand, sump, protein skimmer, pumps, some supplies all for 25 bucks.
Any of those pieces would be far more than double what I paid for the tank.

I don't think you need all that.
...tell you what, I'll take the whole mess off your hands for $50 bucks cash. See, you made a profit!
OK So I'm a little jealous, but I'm also really glad the tank went to a good home and didn't become florida mountain fodder. I'm sure you're going to turn it into something beautiful.

Maybe after a while. I'm living in an apartment now and I have a 12 gallon nanocube and a 46 bowfront in here...no room for a bigger tank :)

Well I bought a horse for $50.00 bucks. It came with a saddle and a 50 lb bag of feed. You guessed it, its name was lightning. We gave that horse away to a good home. Make sure you leak test that sucker. I am sure its a good deal but dang it makes you wonder.
