I think I am the only person on this board that does NOT like coralline. I keep urchins in my tanks just to eat it but even then it is on everything.
Pincusion or tuxedo urchins will clean it off for ya.

to answere youre question, you dont have to scrub it off. it is going to grow as long as your water chemistry is correct and it looks like it is. Coraline is a sign of a healthy tank. Be proud!

I only scrub it off the sides except where I can't get to it by the live rock and the front of my tank so I can see my reef. I am proud of my tank.It basiclly takes care of itself now except when I do a water changer or clean the filter.

I like it on the rocks where its suppose to be. I cant stand it on the glass, overflow box ect.

Consider yourself lucky look at my last pic I put up.The back of the tank is covered but im going to fill it up alot more with LR so im not really worried about it,but the sides and the front are a pain to keep clean

Magnet cleaner works but it will not get the corner of the tank and my tank is 3 ft deep so it is hard to get any preasure to get at it good.I love my tank but the acrylic is a pain and very easy to scrarch.I have a bigger tank not set up but its acrylic to and alot bigger than that 1.I am just debating what i want to do with it.Will probly take about 300 to 400 lb to fill it with LR..

straight edge razer blade or one of those corallife yellow scrapers takes it off the glass great. just don't use them on acrylic
