My purple lobster acts like his legs are broken. He won't move from one spot and when he tries he cant move. He acts fine otherwuse, still sifting for food and claws and eeverything else look fine.

How long has this been going on, he might be ready to molt. Have you checked your nitrates?

About a week. I am having troubles with my nitrates being high and I have been doing water changes twice a week and treating with nitrate reducer.

High nitrates, inverts can not tolerate, if you have sump add macro algae in it with a lite with seachem nitrate remover. keep doing water changes too. Good luck

I don't have a sump. But I will keep up with my water changes and nitrate reducer. Thank you for your help.
