does anybody know anything about these guys?? i know swf.com says they are difficult to keep but what does that mean and does it also apply to nano's or does this creature need more water capacity??? my lfs has a couple and they said they eat algae and would do fine in a 20 long reef, are they just giving me sh....t or what?
also i have a yellow watchman and was wanting to pair it with a pistol shrimp.... which of the pistols is best for my little buddy?

I don't have any personal experience with nudibrancs, but I've heard when they die a lot of them release toxins. In a twenty gal. tank it could potentially crash it.

They are letal when they die. The problem lies in providing food for them.
The purple one is called a Sea Goddess
They eat sponges. And as far as I knwo only sponges. Most sites dont bother to mention that.
Beautiful creatures if you can keep them.

100% correct...i would like to add however that they do not eat all sponges. They will only consume the sponges that naturally habitat the region where they originate...IMO impossible to keep..and they DO NOT eat algae :)

Dito in regards to the food source. Seeing one is like going to a car dealership with no money.....you want to buy one, but you can't! :notsure:
